Terms and Conditions

Rental Property: Synergy7 Studio rents to the tenant the studio space of the property at Westbahnstraße 28, TOP1, 1070 Vienna, for use on the agreed-upon day for the agreed-upon rental period, with the rental occurring for one or more hours. The entire conservatory is excluded from the rental.
Payment: The amount to be paid by the tenant is determined by the online booking. Synergy7 Studio reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellations less than 2 weeks before the confirmed date or a no-show, 100% of the rent will be invoiced.
Reporting Defects: Defects and damages that arise or become apparent after the handover must be reported in writing to the Synergy7 Studio team without delay.
Conduct: Any disturbing, endangering, or unreasonable behavior towards other residents or users of the building or the property at Westbahnstraße 28, 1070 Vienna, is to be avoided.
Liability: The tenant is responsible for compliance with the house rules and for any damages incurred during use, regardless of whether the damage was caused by the tenant personally or by their clientele.
Care of Equipment: Each tenant undertakes to handle the equipment and furnishings in the studio carefully and economically.
Belongings: The landlord assumes no liability for private belongings of any kind.
Personal Injuries: The landlord assumes no liability for personal injuries due to accidents or any other type.
Damages and Losses: Damages and losses identified upon return are the responsibility of the tenant.
Overtime Charges: If the booked time is exceeded, the next rounded tariff will be charged.
Condition of Rooms: The rooms are to be handed over in the tidy condition as found.
Additional Charges: Extraordinary cleaning costs of EUR 65 or equipment expenses will be invoiced separately if necessary.
